I am recruiting for a fun team within a business that provide a range of household, high-end products across the globe. We are specifically looking for a Customer Care Coordinator to join their team on a temp to perm basis in their Milton Keynes based office.

Within this company you would be joining a team to assist with managing a high volume of inbound calls and making a small amount of outbound calls to respond to queries, as well as using the internal systems to log customer information, check order statuses and generate reports. 

There is a very positive atmosphere in this team and company, with fantastic benefits including a free coffee machine and healthy snacks (and pizza Fridays), free gym membership as well as free company stock and rewards given out during the year. 

This is a temporary position, originally paying up to £10.50 per hour, offering full time working hours from Monday to Friday. Although the role is fully expected to go permanent after 3 months plus with a salary of up to £21,000 being available for the right candidate.
