I am recruiting for a fun team within a business that provide a range of household, high-end products across the globe. We are specifically looking for a Customer Care Coordinator to join their team on a temp to perm basis in their Milton Keynes based office.

Within this company you would be joining a team to assist with managing a high volume of inbound calls and making a small amount of outbound calls to respond to queries, as well as using the internal systems to log customer information, check order statuses and generate reports.

This is a temporary position, originally paying up to £10.50 per hour, offering full time working hours from Monday to Friday. Although the role is fully expected to go permanent after 3 months plus with a salary of up to £21,000 being available for the right candidate.

Please note - This role will be mainly office based (Central Milton Keynes) with some working from home available. 

Some of the duties will include:

• Handling a high volume of calls with end users of the companies products. Type of  queries include advising on order status, stock availability and tracking queries. 
• Using the internal system to check sales orders are processed and deliveries are scheduled for delivery within agreed time frames. 
• Manage the inbox, responding to customers enquiries, including order enquiries, stock enquiries, delivery tracking, refunds, returns, faulty products and complaints. 
• Physically handling and arranging product returns. 

The skills required:

• Previous office based customer service experience  is essential. 
• Any experience on a system such as SAP or a ticketing system like Zendesk would be beneficial, but full training is provided.
• Proficiency on Excel is essential. 
• Ability to communicate well and work within a team.
• Strong and clear telephone manner.
• Strong attention to detail.
• A very positive and can-do attitude.
