Think Accountancy and Finance are delighted to be supporting this client in the recruitment of an Accounts Receivables Supervisor. Having worked with this client previously we are exclusively partnered with them and are looking to shortlist candidates as quickly as possible.

The company are based on the outskirts of St Albans and have grown consistently over the last few years.

My client are looking for a supervisor who can lead/mentor the AR Assistants but also be hands on and be happy to get involved with all duties within the team. Therefore the position offers great variety with the additional duties of a supervisor managing a team.

Main duties include:

• Supervising the team of AR Assistants and conducting reviews
• Report and monitor KPIs
• Process Improvements within the AR Controls working towards greater automation
• Invoice generation, debt collection and payment allocations
• Manage customer accounts
• Statement reconciliations
• Bank reconciliations
• Assist with Credit Control duties
• Assist with company Audits
• Ensure the team manage all client queries efficiently
• Month End responsibilities

The ideal candidate will have hands on and can-do attitude. You will have supervised within an Accounts Receivable position. Experience of SAP B1 is essential.
