Our client work within the technology industry, due to growth they are looking for a Sales Administrator to join their expanding team. This position would suit someone who has previously worked within a similar position, or a Graduate that is keen to start a career. 

Salary - £25k
This will be an office based role 

Some of the duties will include:

• Raising quotations on the CRM system as requested by the sales team
• Processing sales orders 
• Liaising with project managers and sales to adjust orders as requested 
• Ensuing all customer documentation is correctly completed, promptly and accurately 
• Reporting on sales activities to internal stakeholders
• Attend internal sales meetings and advise on current sales pipeline and forecasts
• Advising on any processing delays or challenges that may have an impact to the customer
• Communicating commitment dates to customers as required
• Managing a workload independently, prioritising tasks in line with requirements from sales team
• Perform business development activities that include emailing potential clients

The suitable candidate:

• Previous experience in a similar role, or a recent Graduate
• Previous experience with Excel (do not need to be an advanced user)
• Strong team player
• Strong administration experience 
• Good communication skills on all levels 
• Highly organised with a high attention to detail 
• Able to commute to Watford as this is an office based role
