We are pleased to be recruiting for a Manufacturing company based in Hemel Hempstead, our client is looking for a Sales Support Administrator to join their team on a 12-month fixed term contract
8:30am to 5pm, Monday to Friday
Duties:
· Goods inward processing and documentation
· Sales order processing up to and including, despatch. This means picking the stock, packing the stock and organising the appropriate postal or courier collection
· Dealing with telephone, fax and email enquiries/orders
· Preparation of price quotations for customers
· Processing of low value consignment orders
· Checking of stock/out of stock on request
· Liaison work between the U.K. and overseas suppliers, in respect of deliveries
· Credit note processing – good returned
· Handling delivery errors
· Receipt, investigation and resolution of picking, packing, pricing errors
· Ensuring all catalogue requests are handled
· Involvement with stock cleansing
· General administration and account maintenance
· Receipt, administration and resolution of sample requests
· Administration of promotional stock literature both inward and outward
· General support of the field sales staff
