Think Specialist Recruitment are recruiting an experienced eCRM Manager on a temporary basis for an initial period of a few months, with a view to a permanent or long-term contract position becoming available.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with an industry leading and multi-award-winning organisation, known nationwide but based in Hemel Hempstead.

For the right candidate, we can consider someone to be remote based for the temp role for the next few months, however for a candidate that wants a long-term contract/permanent role you would be expected to commute into the offices to some degree weekly.

The ideal candidate would be an experienced eCRM Manager with Customer Marketing experience, with an emphasis on Marketing and Campaign experience.

Ideally this role will be suited to someone available for full time working hours, Monday to Friday.

Competitive pay rate of £20 to £25 per hour dependant on experience, plus holiday pay, and weekly pay on an initial temp basis. 

Some of the duties will include:

• Present key insights and measurable email stats at the weekly trading meetings
• Develop our e-communications programme across the board ensuring they are relevant, timely, on brand and thoroughly engaging
• Optimise the Marketing Cloud ECRM system and recommend future Salesforce technologies to ensure they are leading edge in digital communications
• Design and deliver engaging customer surveys across multiple delivery channels utilising the insight to make informative business decisions
• Manage and develop the eCRM Executive to reach their goals and aspirations

The candidate:

• Essential to this role is experience as an eCRM Manager with full experience of strategy, managing projects and insight.
• Experience of Marketing Cloud eCRM systems would be a huge advantage.
• A go-getter and self-starter who can work independently and come up with solutions to problems. 
• Dynamic character open to change and new ideas.
• Understanding of CRM processes, hands on and capable of setting up campaigns.
