We are working with the UK head office (Hemel Hempstead) of an extremely exciting international company that provide products to some of the largest ecommerce companies and high street names. A well-known name in their industry for years and still going strong with a modern and timeless product and brand seen across the UK and worldwide.

We are looking for a Marketing Manager that will be responsible for the development and delivery of their brand marketing strategy, collaboratively working with Creative, eComm, Retail and Product to deliver top content which elevates the brands and excites and engages customers.

You will be defining this companies marketing strategy across all channels and need the ability to create campaigns and tell a brand story through engaging content across their marketing channels.

This would suit an experienced marketing manager with an analytical mind, someone that can report on activity and deliver insight to the business. Someone with bundles of enthusiasm and energy, with the desire to develop and manage their own creative team in an exciting business.

Within this role you can create your own working day, ideally, we are looking for someone that wants to work 32 to 40 hours a week in a hybrid working split across working from the Hemel based office and home.

A salary representative of experience and the number of hours worked will be in the range of £32,000 to £50,000 plus company benefits.

Overview of duties:

Marketing Strategy:

• Work with the key stakeholders to refine and evolve the marketing strategy of the business, and to translate the companies’ story into a marketing plan relevant to each season.
• Act as brand guardian to ensure the business is portrayed correctly and consistently to guidelines.
• Use data and analytics to review and report on all marketing activity to assess performance and discover opportunities.
• Manage and develop the creative and marketing teams.

Content Creation:

• In line with the marketing strategy and calendar, create informative, engaging, and innovative content to be delivered across all channels and set KPIs accordingly.
• Develop and manage the influencer programme to create brand appropriate and engaging content.
• Develop best practice guidelines for consistency in visuals and content across all channels.
• Work with the creative team to ensure appropriate content is captured and delivered.

Brand Partnerships:

• Work closely with the buying team and brands to develop and maintain strong marketing relationships with key partner brands.
• Develop a media marketing sales plan to support partner brands, marketing messages in all internal marketing.
• Provide detailed analysis of the marketing activity with partner brands sharing key findings including but not limited to reach, sales, and awareness.

What you need:

• An experienced Marketing Manager, or at the point of wanting to step up into this level of role.
• Graduate calibre with relevant experience in marketing/content marketing/planning.
• Excellent knowledge and proven experience working with current marketing channels including social media influencers, website, and email.
• If you have experience working within retail/ecomm marketing, this would be hugely advantageous.
• Tech savvy.
