We are now recruiting for an award-winning and high-growth business with head offices based in Kings Langley, looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join their team to start in July.  

This role is going to be on a temp to perm basis, ideally looking for someone to begin with the company in July, temp until the end of the year and then going permanent in January in the best role that suits you, whether that be remaining in Customer Services or moving into something more Sales or Admin based.

We are looking for candidates ideally with customer service or sales experience, however this isn’t limited to just office-based experience, someone who has performed customer services with upselling duties or even for those with customer service/sales in retail/hospitality etc., this could be a great route in a top company to kickstart your office career.

This role is Monday to Friday and fully office based in Kings Langley, 8.30am to 5.30pm with free on site parking.

The salary of this role will be £22,000 to £24,000 as a starting salary, plus an annual bonus.

Please note – This role is very much a temp to perm position, so do only apply if you are looking for a long-term position.

Duties to include:

• Being the first point of contact to customers, giving the best possible customer service at all times, answering any queries efficiently and effectively.
• Responding to enquiries over the phone, via email, web enquiries, and other channels.
• Delivering a high level of aftercare and service to customers ensuring swift resolution of any queries.
• Creating excellent working relationships between all departments and willing to support where required.
• Handling inbound and outbound calls.
• Following up all calls with the necessary admin, investigation and system work required.

Candidate requirements:

• Experience in Customer Services would be ideal.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Willingness to learn.
• Self-motivation.
