
Our business launched in January of 2011 and 1 year ago Think Specialist Recruitment became an Employee Ownership Trust (EOT).
What does this mean?
The process of becoming an EOT involves a majority shareholding in Think Specialist Recruitment being acquired by the Trust, which oversees the future running of the Company and ensures a lasting legacy for our Employees.
The Trust has been formed with a purpose of creating a fantastic business model for our Employees to benefit from in the long-term. An EOT has to represent the Employees’ best interests, which has always been at the forefront of our strategy since we started growing the business by hiring our first team members 10+ years ago.
We are still under the leadership of our Managing Director, Chris Jones, and our experienced team remains in place.
What has changed?
Day to day you wouldn't notice much difference to our operations!
But our Employees are benefitting from:-
- An initial increase to their employer pension contributions
- We have now implemented a salary sacrifice pension scheme which has further enhanced pension contributions
- Increased holiday entitlement to 26 days plus bank holidays
- We will be paying our first EOT bonus payment at the end of March/early April (tax free!)
