Chris Jones - Director

With over 15 years’ recruitment experience, Chris is a passionate about providing an excellent service and building long-term relationships. He ensures that the team have the right tools and resources to perform to the highest standards and is hands on in recruiting for HR roles across our client base. He is a firm believer in rewarding/incentivising our Consultants and ensures that our employees’ hard work is recognised by taking the team out for quarterly outings. Chris has 3 children and is heavily involved in their sporting activities whilst playing as much sport himself as possible. When he’s not in the office you’ll find Chris on the golf course desperately trying to lower his handicap!

Kate Miller - Office / HR Manager

With over 20 years recruitment experience, Kate is the ‘go to’ person for our team. With her wealth of knowledge in both local markets and both temporary and permanent recruitment, she is always happy to provide advice and guidance. She is passionate about working here and loves the fact we are an open and honest agency, which is central to her beliefs. Outside of work her time is taken up with running as well as running around after two active teenagers!

Bobby Collins - Manager – Temporary Division

Bobby has been with us for 5 years now. He started with us with no recruitment experience as a resourcer and learned the ropes, with hard work and determination has worked his way up to a management position. He’s a big Chelsea Fan so loves a bit of football banter here in the office. He also love planning dates, holidays and trips for his family. And is kept very busy in any spare time he gets by his son Arlo and Bassett Hound Otis.

Ryan Coleman - Consultant – Permanent Roles

Ryan comes to us from a property background where service levels have been paramount to his success. Working as a consultant on our permanent roles, he’ll be able to put his strong customer centric ethic to good use. Outside of work, he’s a keen footballer and a long suffering QPR fan, so he’ll be adding his voice to the football banter in our team.

He’s a local to our head office in Hemel, so knows the area well, and enjoys evenings out with his wife visiting local pubs and restaurants. Being a bit of a foodie, he runs a great Instagram page showcasing an array of amazing eats from all over as well as his own home cooking!

Amy Whittingham - Recruitment Consultant

Amy comes to us fresh from completing her Marketing degree. She’s a strong people person and enjoys working within a busy team so she is perfect for our growing business. She’s a big fan of festivals and has been a regular at Reading for the last few years. She also loves an exotic holiday and socialising with her friends at the pub where she can be found, sipping a Gin or two.

Sophie Clarke - Senior Consultant

Sophie has over 10 years experience in recruitment with strong local knowledge. She takes pride in building strong relationships with both candidates and clients, ensuring she finds the best fit for everyone. She’s a passionate football fan (a season ticket holder at Watford FC) and enjoys socialising with friends, going to festivals and gigs. Since she’s also a Mum, her favourite thing to do is spend time with her little boy.

Michelle McGuffin - Consultant

Michelle is an experienced marketing professional and has worked in several large corporate companies as well as small businesses, in a variety of industries. She’s busy looking after Think’s social sites, coming up with new campaigns and ideas and supporting the Think team on all Marketing activity. A fan of abstract art, Parkrun and cake (one follows the other!) she also enjoys family time with her two sons, husband and crazy Hungarian Vizsla Phoebe.

Ben Jackson - Consultant – Permanent roles

Ben has recently joined the team and will be our Consultant for permanent roles in the Hemel Hempstead area. His friendly, approachable manner and excellent track record in delivering exceptional customer service means he is a perfect fit for our team. He’s a hardworking person who always goes the extra mile. Ben loves a sunny holiday, has a passion for animals (especially dogs – which works with our team of dog lovers!) and is also a Tottenham Hotspur FC supporter. So there’ll be some more football friendly banter in the office with another team to add to the mix.

Izzy Lane - Recruitment Consultant

Our newest team member Izzy, is known to be a real people person who loves being part of a team.

She also has a strong background in delivering excellent customer service so will be all set for working with our great clients and candidates. She adores dogs (perfect fit for us at Think!) but has never had one of her own, despite a life-long campaign! She also loves a good Aperol spritz - preferably in the sunshine! She comes from a family of tennis players and still regularly ventures out on court herself at her local club..

Van Kotedia - Business Manager

With 13 years of recruitment experience, including Senior ops management and executive search, Van likes a job well done in recruitment. She’s a firm believer in ‘Honesty is the best policy’ and demonstrates this with her straight talking, hard working character. When she does get some free time, she loves an active holiday abroad with her son and practices yoga to make sure she destresses.

Beth began her recruitment journey with us in 2019 and progressed to a consultant in 2020 running our Watford temporary division. Outside of work, she is a fitness freak who loves travelling. She also loves to cook and experiment with new recipes.

Clare Baker - Manager – Accountancy & Finance

Clare comes to us as an experienced commercially minded Business Development professional with over 8 years recruitment experience and manages the expanding Accountancy Division. She prides herself on excellent customer service resulting in long lasting working relationships. Having worked in Accountancy and Finance recruitment, as well as managing teams supplying Accountancy Apprenticeships, Clare has a wealth of knowledge in the sector placing candidates in various accountancy teams in SMEs and Blue chip businesses. Outside of work she doesn’t do things by halves with her 2 daughters, her crazy Springer Spaniel Jax and her cat Mollie keeping her busy.

Casey Bennett – Consultant

Casey has a great sales background and while she is new to recruitment, she’s used to working in a busy environment and has excellent customer service skills – perfect for us here at Think.

Outside work Casey is an explorer and loves to travel. She’s just spent time travelling in Thailand, Malaysia, Vietnam and Indonesia - swimming with sharks and feeding elephants!

When she is at home, she loves taking her dog Arthur to the beach and enjoys painting portraits.
