Many congratulations to Kate Miller who has reached a big milestone of 10 years with Think Specialist Recruitment!

Having worked with Chris previously, Kate was our first employee and joined the business to help with the day to day generation of candidates. Since then, she has put together our processes for all subsequent new staff, induction plans and training, is responsible for compliance, contracts, policies, client presentations, management information, office management and everything in between.
