Ben joined the Think team after several years working as an estate agent in the St Albans area. Having started with the business with no prior recruitment experience, Ben has had to learn quickly, with his 2nd year in the Company coinciding with a pandemic (and Spurs playing particularly poorly!).   Ben is responsible for permanent recruitment across the Hemel Hempstead, Kings Langley, Tring, Chesham, Berkhamsted, Luton and Dunstable areas.
