Candidate and Client Satisfaction Survey Results

In December 2014 Think Specialist Recruitment decided to gain an understanding of our clients' and candidates' insight into our business and how we are perceived in the market.  This led to the launch of our first online survey – one for our clients and one for our candidates.  We aim to take the results from both of these surveys and tailor our approach to recruitment to fit with our client and candidate needs throughout 2015 and beyond.

We are pleased to present the results of the survey.

Summary of results:

Client Questionnaire

  • 72%% of our clients rated our speed of response as Excellent and 28% as Good 
  • 86% of our clients rated candidates that attended interview as Good and 14% as Excellent
  • 75% of our clients would definitely partner with Think Specialist Recruitment in the future and 25% would be highly likely to
 
Candidate Questionnaire

  • 63% of our candidates rated our speed of response as Excellent and 37% as Good
  • 75% of our candidates rated the treatment they received from us as Excellent and 25% as Good
  • 46% of our candidates would definitely recommend us to friends/colleagues and a further 34% would be highly likely to recommend us
