We have recently registered a fantastic candidate who has a varied skillset. Due to her excellent work ethic, she has been given opportunities to take on more responsibility and learn about other departments, with her core function within Sales Administration. Other positions have also included buying, project administration and account management. With a great insight into these roles, a warm personality and a professional approach, our candidate would become an asset to any office.

Candidate – 3751
Salary expectations - £23,000+
Locations – St Albans, Harpenden, Hatfield, Luton, Borehamwood, Potters Bar, Welwyn Garden City
Availability – Beginning of January start, can interview immediately


Key experiences: -

  • First point of contact for customers
  • Produce quotations on request
  • Process orders
  • Stock management
  • Ensure all administration and information is compiled before a project commences
  • Update engineers with all requirements making sure they have all the materials required
  • Cross check invoices with accounts team
  • Assist with any delivery issues
  • Request and review quotes from factories producing new product lines
  • Raise and place purchase orders
  • Liaise with various departments from product design through to freight to make sure no issues arise from producing products to importing them into the UK
  • Attending client meetings

 
Key Skills: -

  • Strong IT skills including Excel (ability to complete V-Lookups)
  • Strong relationship building skills
  • Quick learner
  • Good when working towards deadlines and within timescales
  • Works well under pressure
