Think Specialist Recruitment has registered an excellent Administrator/Coordinator who is seeking a new role in St Albans, Hemel Hempstead, Watford and surrounding areas. This fantastic candidate has a confident and friendly approach to mix with her admirable organisation, communication and customer service skills. Her current role includes booking appointments, organising and sending out literature to homeowners along with loading all work onto the in house database. Due to office relocation, she is looking for a new challenge where she can build upon her knowledge and experiences. As an outstanding candidate who is available to interview immediately, she will not be on the market for long. Please some of her duties below and let us know your thoughts:
- Booking inspections for 3 field based surveyors with a target of 7 inspections a day
- Creating time efficient and optimum routes that can assist in meeting daily booking target
- Reconciling inspector reports and results
- Sending out up to 300 appointment letters per week to homeowners
- Loading inspectors work for the following week onto their individual database and sending it on to them
- Out-bound telephone calls with inspectors, homeowners and installers to arrange inspections
- Ensuring all queries or enquiries are resolved effectively and efficiently
- Overseeing all Pre-Approvals (new applicants) along with collating and sending the associated results and reports
- Creating and sending out Quality Control letters and collating the responses/feedback from homeowners and installers
- Training new members of the team on all aspects of the role
