Think Specialist Recruitment has registered a fantastic administrator/PA looking for opportunities in Hemel and the surrounding areas. This confident and friendly candidate has outstanding organisational skills along with a keen desire to go above and beyond in any task given. Her current role is with a global blue chip organisation and due to role relocation she is looking for a new opportunity to maximise her experience and core strengths. She is available to interview immediately. Some of her duties include

  • Providing PA support to 2 directors, booking travel, diary management and administration support to 30 European Sales Reps
  • Exhibition planning and coordination management on a global scale
  • Budget management and maintaining budget tracker
  • Organising training courses, booking conference rooms, hotel rooms, working lunches etc
  • Providing HR administration duties
  • Produce monthly reports using Pivot tables and V look ups including but not limited to information on staff headcount, recruitment, absences, holidays and training using Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Providing admin support and security checks on new starters

  • Location – Hemel Hempstead
  • IT Skills – Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Salary Expectations- £28,000
  • Driver Car Owner
  • Availability – 4 weeks - Can Interview Immediately
