This highly polished and presentable PA has a wealth of experience working for Directors at Board level.  Currently employed by the Head Office of a major UK Plc, she has consistently demonstrated her excellent interpersonal skills alongside her integrity, diplomacy and ability to maintain confidentiality.  She describes her main strengths as having a keen eye for detail, ability to work to tight deadlines and her flexibility in adapting to the ever changing requirements of the business.  Due to be made redundant, she is looking for an exciting senior level PA/Administration Manager or Office Manager role that can utilise her wealth of experience.


Key Skills

  • IT skills – MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook) 2003 – 2010, Oracle Financial and SAP
  • Taking minutes with associated actions and follow up
  • Managing diaries – prioritising appointments and liaising with the management team
  • Organising travel including long haul, international itineraries
  • Managing emails and correspondence on behalf of Director
  • Managing all calls into the office and acting as gatekeeper for Director
  • Scheduling meetings, writing agendas, preparing and issuing papers
  • Recruiting staff
  • Managing staff including coaching, training and performance
  • HR duties including recruitment, remuneration reviews and appraisals

  • Lives - Watford area (flexible on location)
  • Salary expectations - £30,000 to £35,000 dependent on role/location
  • Car owner and driver
