Previous experience rango from Administration, Customer Service, Project Coordinating and Event Organisation. She is an enthusiatic and motivated individual who could offer great benefits to any business.

  • Offering excellent customer service at all times
  • Ordering equipment for new projects/staff members (mobile phones, hardware and software)
  • Raising purchase orders
  • Order processing
  • Liaising with various departments to arrange collection of equipment when projects come to an end
  • Updating records to keep track on all equipment and staff members on each project
  • Authorising security levels for each member of staff
  • Completing necessary documentation to export training material
  • Ensuring CRM and spreadsheets are maintained
