She has very strong communication skills along with great experience with investigating enquiries and dealing with complaints. Her previous roles have included Account Management, Customer Service, Customer Coordinator and Sales Support. See some of her previous duties below:
- Answering customer service calls ensuring the best level of service
- Processing orders for replacement parts to be dispatched from the warehouse
- Inputting sales orders & arrange deliveries
- Coordinating team diaries, booking meeting rooms and arranging business travel
- Setting up case files, logging data accurately and efficiently onto Oracle CRM on demand
- Handling complaints with an empathetic approach
- Building and maintaining relationships
- Dealing with queries from retail buyers regarding stock and delivery

- IT Skills – MS Office, In house systems
- Sector experience – Manufacturing and Transport
- Location – Harpenden (willing to travel up to 15 miles)
- Salary expectations - £23,000 to £24,000
- Car owner and driver
