Think Specialist Recruitment has registered an excellent Marketing/Events Specialist who is based in Hatfield. She is a friendly, professional and positive character who has a can-do attitude. Her experiences have included a wide range of duties from even management, booking accommodation and transport to advertising campaigns and organising merchandise/promotional material. Please see some of her duties below:
- Managing projects and events from start to finish
- Taking responsibility for budget management
- Venue sourcing and management
- Training new members of staff
- Sourcing suppliers
- Managing placement and supply of advertising
- Designing, sourcing and distributing promotional merchandise
- Approving purchase orders and invoices
- Dealing with day to day requests from staff and distributors regarding all events
- Supporting the Executive PA with various aspects of their role
- Proof-reading all documents
