Think Specialist Recruitment has recently registered a strong PA who is based in St Albans. Her friendly, bubbly and outgoing character contributes to building excellent working relationships and delivering high end customer service. Some of her previous roles have included diary management, sales administration, project management, account management and HR duties. Our candidate has a professional approach along with a great eye for detail. See some of her previous duties below:

 

  •  Assistant to National Sales Manager in which the company have a turnover close to £100m
  • Producing weekly business reports analysing sales and growth
  • Organising internal and external meetings
  • HR duties: recruitment, appraisals, progress plans and investigations
  • Plan and organise events for the company to attend
  • Managing a team of up to 4 members of staff
  • Regularly achieve and exceed KPIs
  • Ensure the customer database is kept up to date
  • First point of call for customers enquiries and queries
  • Deal with complaints effectively and efficiently
  • Follow delivery of stock to ensure it is within a tight timescale

  •  Salary expectations - £22,000
