Think Specialist Recruitment have recently registered an excellent Receptionist/Administrator who lives in Watford. She is a friendly and approachable graduate who has experience working in 5* resorts. She is seeking an opportunity where she can transfer her fantastic skillset over to an office based environment. Her previous roles have included: Supervising a team, arranging training for 40 members of staff, being the primary point of contact for VIP guests and inputting bookings onto systems. Her professional approach allows her to maintain her high standards of customer service and think on her feet to resolve any issue that may arise. See some of her previous duties below:
- Meeting and greeting guests on arrival
- Ensuring outstanding payments are processed in a timely manner
- Complaint handling
- Answering any queries and enquiries guests or potential clients may have
- Building relationships with guests to ensure repeat business
- Processing all bookings on internal system
- Completing all administration duties
- Managing switchboard with all incoming calls
- Resolving any issues/discrepancies guests may have
- Ordering stock for reception
- Assisting in the preparation and running of events
