We have just registered a fantastic Sales Administrator who is immediately available and keen to secure a new role where she can utilise her excellent organisational and interpersonal skills.  She has demonstrated her ability to build a good working relationship with both customers and colleagues, which combined with her excellent attention to detail will prove a good addition to any team.

With a friendly, bubbly and professional attitude, this candidate is a quick learner who shows great drive and determination. Her previous roles have included offering a whole sales administration process from producing a quotation to placing the order and all after care. Key Skills

  • Checking and allocating stock from order to delivery
  • Processing orders onto the system using Sage
  • Liaising closely with the internal sales, production and transport to ensure timely delivery to customers
  • Generating quotations for customers
  • Scheduling delivery 
  • Dealing with returns/complaints
  • Building relationships with customers
  • Responding to enquiries about products and offering advice
