Key skills and experience:

  • Managing teams of between 5 and 16 staff
  • Ensuring sales, customer service, order processing and all associated processes run smoothly
  • Current role involves the management of both an inbound and outbound sales team
  • Ensuring that orders are fulfilled and dealing with any issues through this process
  • Coaching, motivating, leading and improving team and individual performance
  • Sales Office Manager/Internal Sales Manager/Customer Service Manager/Sales Administration Manager/ Sales Support Manager experience
  • Recruiting staff, dealing with any team issues including performance management and disciplinary meetings
  • Reporting KPIs and department performance into senior management and/or international offices

 

Other information:

  • Car owner – flexible on location
  • 1 month notice period
  • Salary expectations circa £32,000+ dependent on role and location
