Key skills and experience:
- Managing teams of between 5 and 16 staff
- Ensuring sales, customer service, order processing and all associated processes run smoothly
- Current role involves the management of both an inbound and outbound sales team
- Ensuring that orders are fulfilled and dealing with any issues through this process
- Coaching, motivating, leading and improving team and individual performance
- Sales Office Manager/Internal Sales Manager/Customer Service Manager/Sales Administration Manager/ Sales Support Manager experience
- Recruiting staff, dealing with any team issues including performance management and disciplinary meetings
- Reporting KPIs and department performance into senior management and/or international offices

- Salary expectations circa £32,000+ dependent on role and location
