  • Booking in deliveries with customers and updating them on the progression of their shipment
  • Responding to any queries or enquiries in a timely manner
  • Chasing quotations and negotiating prices to win the business
  • Building and developing relationships with customers, clients and suppliers
  • Updating weekly/monthly spreadsheets for suppliers for Invoicing
  • Providing proof of deliveries to customers when shipment has been delivered
  • Using company databases to find new and existing projects worldwide
  • Proficient use of Excel and Word to collate statistics
