Due to an office closure within the local area, we have been approached by some fantastic candidates who will be seeking new employment to start from 17th March following their redundancy. They are currently working within the Supplies Division (B2B) for an International company that provide supplies for any business need. They have a wide range of clients from retail and schools to corporate and global.

Corporate Account Manager - 3998

Working with some of the largest clients in the division, including River Island, Bank of New York and Guy’s and St Thomas’ Hospital, he demonstrates very good negotiation skills. Due to the nature of the clients he manages, an organised approach is essential. He is able to build and maintain relationships with all levels of the hierarchy from Customer Service Agents to Chief Executives.

  • Looking after larger corporate organisations within the business
  • Attending sales meetings with high level prestigious clients, face to face sales
  • Winning new business and growing corporate area of accounts
  • Assisting with tender documents
  • Maintaining relationships with high end clients
  • Sourcing products requested by clients
  • Ensuring deliveries are meeting the clients schedule and procedures
  • Salary Expectations - £20,000 (OTE £25k +)
  • Location – Hemel Hempstead

 

Key Account Manager - 3977

Working as an Account Manager for the largest client within the division, she is highly motivated, has a winning attitude and is the kind of person that is not prepared to settle for second best. With strong communication skills and an excellent telephone manner she is a great relationship builder who always offers first class customer service. 

  • Supporting the UK Sales Manager in maintaining and developing the largest corporate accounts sales revenue and gross margin targets
  • Playing a key part in achieving the annual sales target
  • Accurately and quickly processing the orders of these accounts
  • Pro-actively monitoring and managing the activities of my accounts to grow the business
  • Recognising and identifying key factors in customer spend changes to ensure that existing level of business are maintained and increased at every opportunity
  • Providing ongoing support to the UK Sales Manager and other members of my team to maintain an extremely high level of communication and customer handling efficiency
  • Responsible for monitoring all levels of service and advising management of any problems that may arise, recommending any corrective action
  • Salary expectations - £20,000 to £23,000
  • Location - Watford

  

Order Processor/Sales Support - 4007

With a professional and methodical approach, this candidate is extremely reliable. He has a friendly nature with the desire to ensure all jobs are completed efficiently. Being able to work on his own initiative as well as part of a team makes him stand out. 

  • Processing all internal orders (70+ per day)
  • Fulfilling orders for corporate accounts such as BT, Boots, Specsavers and Lloyds Banking Group
  • Cross checking and processing purchase orders
  • Forecasting stock and ordering into the warehouse when needed
  • Liaising with the warehouse and couriers when any delivery issues may occur
  • Complaint handling
  • Keeping CRM up to date with all client information
  • Salary expectations - £18,000
  • Location – St Albans (outskirts)

  

Account Manager Team Leader - 4123 

A confident character that always delivers excellent customer service. He shows a driven and enthusiastic work ethic to match his professional and friendly personality. Due to managing thousands of products within the range, he is a quick learner and demonstrates great attention to detail. 

  • Overseeing a team of 4 Account Managers
  • Holding weekly/monthly sales meetings with the team
  • Setting individual targets for the team members
  • Generating leads
  • Closing deals
  • Spotting opportunities to up sell where possible
  • Building and maintaining relationships with existing and potential clients
  • Salary expectations - £23,000 (OTE £30k +)
  • Location – Hemel Hempstead
