Christmas pay deadlines 2019
Please find outlined below details to ensure you receive payment for hours worked over the Christmas period:
For hours worked week commencing 16th to 20th December:
- Payment made into your bank account on Friday 27th December
- Timesheet must be submitted and approved by 10am on Friday 20th December
This will help us work to a tight deadline to ensure you are paid on time.
For hours worked week commencing 23rd to 27th December:
- Payment made into your bank account on Friday 3rd January
- Timesheets must be approved by Friday 27th December 5pm.
Our team will be back in the office on Monday 30th December (morning ONLY to process the payroll) If timesheets are NOT approved by Monday 30th December 10am then we will not be able to process your pay and your pay will be delayed by one week.
For hours worked week commencing 30th to 3rd January:
- Payment made into your bank account on Friday 10th January
Please submit your timesheet and ask for authorisation by Tuesday 7th January 10am
