Christmas pay deadlines 2019

Please find outlined below details to ensure you receive payment for hours worked over the Christmas period:

For hours worked week commencing 16^th to 20^th December:

• Payment made into your bank account on Friday 27th December
• Timesheet must be submitted and approved by 10am on Friday 20^th December

This will help us work to a tight deadline to ensure you are paid on time.

For hours worked week commencing 23^rd to 27^th December:

• Payment made into your bank account on Friday 3^rd January
• Timesheets must be approved by Friday 27^th December 5pm.

Our team will be back in the office on Monday 30^th December (morning ONLY to process the payroll) If timesheets are NOT approved by Monday 30^th December 10am then we will not be able to process your pay and your pay will be delayed by one week.

For hours worked week commencing 30^th to 3^rd January:

• Payment made into your bank account on Friday 10^th January

Please submit your timesheet and ask for authorisation by Tuesday 7^th January 10am
