We are pleased to confirm that both Clare Baker and Beth Merralls had their best ever months for Think Specialist Recruitment in November!

Clare, our Accountancy & Finance specialist, has now had 2 x consecutive personal best months for the business. Clare started our Accountancy & Finance division in February this year and after a flying start, has had to continue building the business in the trickiest of circumstances that we could never have envisioned!  The hard work and dedication from Clare over the last 9 months has really started to pay off.  Not only has Clare placed a record number of candidates in the last 2 months but she has also increased her team with Craig Collis joining her to focus on placing finance temps.  Well done to Clare on this great achievement!

Beth is currently our Temporary Consultant for the Watford and St Albans area and also looks after some of our key client accounts. She joined the business less than a year ago with no recruitment experience and has picked up the role fantastically well!  Having been covering Alex's maternity leave superbly well since June, she really does provide a fantastic service to our clients and candidates.  Beth has received fantastic feedback from all of the hiring managers she has dealt with over the last few months and has successfully placed a number of candidates in our key clients.  Well done Beth on her fantastic performance!
