We have now received the results of our Summer 2016 Client and Candidate Survey! Think Specialist Recruitment run a biannual survey, for completion by both our clients and candidates, to gain an understanding of their insight into our business and how we are perceived in the market place.  We aim to take the results from both these surveys to tailor our approach to recruitment and ensure that our service levels fit in with our customer requirements throughout 2016 and beyond, addressing all feedback both positive and negative. 

Outlined below is a snapshot of the survey.  We are very pleased with the results and will continue to strive towards ensuring that both our clients and candidates receive the best level of service possible.

Client Questionnaire

• 100% of our Clients rated the quality of our CVs as either Good or Excellent
• 60% of our clients rated our speed of response as Excellent and 32% as Good 
• 91% of our clients rated candidates that attended interview as Good or Excellent
• 82% our of clients rated Think Specialist Recruitment as Superior to other agencies

Candidate Questionnaire

• 52% of our candidates rated our speed of response as Excellent and 48% as Good
• 48% of candidates rate our service as superior to other agencies and 19% as vastly superior
• 56% of our candidates would definitely recommend us to friends/colleagues and a further 27% would be highly likely to recommend us
