We are working with a fantastic Sales Administrator who delivers first class Customer Service. Located in Hemel Hempstead she has excellent communication skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships. Currently working as a key account manager for retail accounts, she offers a full service to her clients. To make this happens her role is incredibly varied including order processing, stock checks, arranging deliveries and asssiting with any issues which may arise. Please see some of her duties below:

  • Processing orders from retailers around the UK
  • Liaise with couriers to ensure deliveries are within set timescales
  • Arranging colections when required
  • Answer queries and enquiries effectively and efficiently
  • Complaint handing
  • Raise purchase orders
  • Stock checks and allocation
  • Issuing credit notes
  • Liaising with internal departments in the UK and USA

 
Other information:

  • Locations – Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire
  • IT Skills – MS Office, JD Edwards
  • Salary Expectations - £20,000 to £22,000
  • Available – 1 months’ notice
