We'd finally been able to organise a well overdue team incentive get together! Having hit all our targets (pun intended) we went all guns blazing (another intented pun) for an afternoon of Archery and Laser clay pigeon shooting at The Grove in Watford. 

Split into two teams, we had various competitive games to complete for both activities. Both teams performed well in the archery, once we'd got over missing the board entirely (Michelle and Kate) and learning to shoot while holding an umbrella (Sophie). The great British weather let us down a little with a few downpours but that didn't dampen the competitive spririt especially when it came to the big guns! We had a few top scores for the shooting (Chris, Bobby and Craig), a few suprise turnarounds (Clare and Sophie from low scores to high in the rapid fire competition). 

We then topped off a great afternoon with a few drinks and a fantastic meal at Opuz Kitchen. It was great to have the whole team back together. With remote working and naivgating all the covid rules, its been a long time since we were all in once place together!
