HR Manager looking for new position

We are currently working with a highly motivated human resources professional with 18 years of HR experience, this candidate has worked for demanding and fast paced blue chip companies as well as small to medium sized enterprises that are exposed to constant change, across multiple industries.  Expert knowledge of human resource management such as HR policy development, payroll, recruitment and performance management within HR departments and stand-alone HR roles.  This candidate is comfortable adapting to change and works well as part of a management team, collaborating effectively with stakeholders.  Diligent, hard working, organised, operational, pragmatic and an excellent communicator are all adjectives that can be used to describe this HR professional.

Salary expectations - £45,000 - £50,000
Locations – Hemel Hempstead, Watford, Kings Langley, Chesham, Tring, Berkhamsted, St Albans, Aylesbury

  • Introduced robust processes and documentation including appraisals with scoring, job descriptions and a comprehensive employee handbook to support the business.
  • Reviewed and consolidated employment contract to satisfy legislative requirements and business needs.
  • Managed and administered 4 redundancy programmes.
  • Assisted integration of new starters by developing an HR and H&S induction programme.
