Izzy joined Think after spending time in customer service roles, initially starting with us as a Resourcer. Proving her recruitment ability over her first few months with the business, Izzy quickly progressed into a permanent Consultant role and has done an exceptional job recruiting for our local clients and candidates since the start of the year!
