What better to mark "National Sandwich Day" than with a sandwich making competition in the office!

The team at Think Specialist Recruitment have each prepared a sandwich of their choice to bring into the office and be judged. Points will be scored in a ranking system and the winner announced on Monday!

Sandwich list:

- Pitta bread filled with garlic chicken, roasted red peppers and humous

- White tiger bread loaf filled with cheese, chorizo, ham, chicken, tomato, gherkins, red pesto, roasted pepper and onions in balsamic vinegar and plum chutney (and lettuce!)

- Jalapeno bread with bacon, lettuce, tomato, avocado and lemon mayonnaise

- Seeded granary loaf with brie and cranberry

- Ciabatta with grilled chicken, rocket, mozzarella, sundried tomato with green pesto and mayonnaise
