I have just met with the following candidate, she is very well presented, energetic and highly competent. She has PA experience, is great at supporting the running of the office and managing diaries.

She is seeking a salary of £20,000, is immediately available and is looking for an opportunity where she can further her skill set and take on more responsibility.

PA/Secretary/Office Administrator
Salary Expectations - £20,000+

  • Arranging appointments and liaising with clients and suppliers
  • Ordering stationery
  • Handling all legally binding documents and correspondence for the office
  • Diary management for multiple colleagues
  • Has previously set up 2 new offices
  • Managing company Director’s personal
  • Running payroll and calculating Sales Reps’ commissions
  • Following up contracts with solicitors
  • Immediately available
  • Car owner – flexible on location
  • Holds an ECDL qualification (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
