According to a recent survey undertaken in conjunction with the Recruitment and Employment Confederation (REC), the majority of companies are planning to hire more permanent staff in the next qurater, with more of those businesses utilising recruitment agencies.  

"Today’s report reveals 74% of the 600 employers that are regularly surveyed plan to hire more permanent employees in the next three months, while 96% plan to maintain or increase agency use in next quarter."
