With the summer holidays quickly approaching and the newest graduates looking to start their career I have included the below profiles of our three most promising graduates:

Office Assistant/Personal Assistant
Salary Expectations - £20,000+

This candidate is a Marketing Graduate who achieved a 2:1 and also has an Executive PA Diploma. She is looking to start a career where she can use her PA and Marketing skills to support a team within a role that challenges her and always keeps her busy.

  • Microsoft Office
  • Proof Reading

 
Duties have included:

  • Checking marketing material for consistency
  • Meeting and exceeding deadlines
  • Relationship building with clients and internal departments
  • Bookings for events and conferences
  • Updating client records using SAP
  • Interacting with clients professionally in person and over the phone

 

Marketing Assistant/Business Development/ Administrator - Mandarin
Salary Expectations - £18,000+

Our candidate has a degree in Chinese Studies and Business Management and speaks Mandarin to a HSK 4 standard. She is very confident when speaking to clients and is great at multitasking and simultaneously handling different roles. In addition to her main responsibilities in her last position she would also generate new business by calling organisations in China to create opportunities. She is looking to start a career in a role that is customer focused and where not every day is the same.

  • Written and verbal communication
  • Attracting Event Sponsorship
  • Photoshop & Microsoft Office
  • Designing and ordering marketing material


Duties to include:

  • Resolving customer enquires
  • Planning staff diaries
  • Coordinating meetings
  • Developing and implementing marketing strategies
  • Generating new business by calling corporate companies
  • Building rapport with clients and employees
  • Managing internal systems and inputting data accurately

 

Project Co-ordinator/Office Assistant
Salary Expectations - £20,000+

This candidate graduated University with a 2:1 in Psychology and is looking to start a career as a project co-ordinator. She is very well presented, approachable, easy to build a rapport with and is very calm when under pressure.

Key Skills:

  • Collaborating using cloud based technology
  • Arranging transport
  • Report typing
  • Arranging tailor made events


Duties have included:

  • Handling telephone and email enquiries
  • Building working relationships
  • Being the sole point of contact for 27 clients
  • Promoting events
  • Preparing and organising event material
  • Implementing projects within the community
  • Booking meetings
  • Updating databases
