- We reference all our temporary candidates for a minimum of 12 months before they commence an assignment through Think
- As part of Think100, we offer our temps on a “full day’s working interview” – if you are not happy with the standard of their work, we pay the temp but will not charge you for their hour
- We will keep in touch with you and the temp on a weekly basis throughout the duration of the assignment
