Some of our key clients in the local area came to us specifically from a recommendation. One example decided to give us a vacancy to trial our services because we provided such a great level of service to her daughter who was looking for work and we successfully found her a role with a fantastic local business. This has led to us succesfully filling the initial vacancy and becoming their sole supplier of head office temps and has cemented an excellent, long-term working relationship that we truly value.

We also started working with a new client due to a recommendation from a candidate, along with different departments or sites in local businesses where our clients have been kind enough to pass our details on and recommend our services to their colleagues.  We have long-standing clients who take us to their new companies when they move and we really appreciate their kindness and loyalty in referring us.

A big percentage of all candidates that we register come from recommendations as well!  This builds trust, loyalty and reliability, meaning we can put our faith in our candidates who we supply to our clients.
