My client are a growing organisation based within the Croxley Green area, they are looking for a candidate that has exceptional Customer Service skills, coupled with strong numeracy skills, to join their growing team.

Some of the duties will include: 

• Preparing service and warranty renewal quotes
• Making sure the renewal pipeline is up-to-date
• Keeping track of overdue and upcoming renewals
• Making sure that the all the data regarding service terms and entitlements is recorded accurately onto the system
• Assisting with processing of customer orders 
• Liaising with internal sales team
• Liaison with global logistics teams to prepare and ship customer orders
• Ad hoc support for Sales Managers 

The suitable candidate:

• Previous experience within Customer Service, ideally some face to face experience too
• Educated to A Level standard
• Strong numeracy skills are required
• A strong team player with a flexible attitude
• Strong communication skills with the ability to deal with people of all levels 
• Desire to want to learn
