My client are a leading organisation within their industry, they have recently gone through a period of growth, and have an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to join them as PA to the MD. The company based in Watford/Croxley Green are looking for someone who has previous PA experience, strong organisational skills, and ability to be flexible in approach to work.

Some of the duties will include: 

• Dealing with the daily needs of the MD
• Booking accommodation, flights, transfers
• Organising visas
•  Speaking with agencies about candidates
• Managing the MD’s calendar
• Booking interviews
• Taking care of the office, stationary orders etc
• Dealing with the marketing company
• Reviewing social media content
• Working on new projects when it comes to design with the marketing companies
• Dealing with uniform orders / distribution
• Organising the MD’s personal trips/events
• Have a part in organising the company events – Christmas party/birthdays/ BBQ’s
• Also doing general duties with in the office
• Answering calls
• Making sure the MD doesn’t miss meetings etc
