We are really pleased to be working with a well-established company in Hemel who are recruiting for someone to join their busy team as a Customer Service Administrator. Within this role you will be responsible for offering high levels of customer satisfaction and play an integral part of the department achieving results.

You will be developing and maintaining strong client relationships and will be processing orders onto the system, therefore, you will need to have high levels of accuracy and attention to detail along with exceptional customer service skills.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous Administration/Customer Service experience to join a company who really look after their staff and offer attractive company benefits.

Responsibilities:

• Processing customer orders
• Answering calls from clients and assisting with telephone orders or enquiries
• Dealing with client requests relating to stock and pricing
• Assisting in general office duties and be willing to turn your hand to any task
• Logging information onto the database, including queries and complaints
• Producing monthly reports
• Process returns and issue credit notes where necessary
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues within the business
• Adaptable and willing to take on other tasks to assist colleagues in other departments

• Competent on Excel
