Are you looking for temp work in Hemel Hempstead and available to start in the 2nd or 3rd week of January?
I'm looking for a small group of people to support on a call handling project with a trusted client of ours, a fantastic employer and well known in the community for the great team, atmosphere and training provided.
We've placed numerous people with them in temporary projects and have seen this act as either a great step into an office for school leavers or students, but equally just a great project to keep others busy who already have plenty of experience.
In this role typically you'd be taking inbound calls and would be processing payments, following what are quite scripted and simple calls - full training provided on how to structure these calls and use their phone and computer system too.
As part of this role you’d just be working with them during core hours, it would be a full Monday to Friday week and working shift patterns such as: 9am to 5pm / 9.30am to 5.30pm / 10am to 6pm / 10.30am to 6.30pm
Please note for this role we are ideally looking for people to start in the coming couple of weeks – And this position is initially for a few weeks worth of work, open to people just available for the a few weeks, but equally there will likely be some spaces for people to continue with the company on a longer basis too.
The role will be weekly paid whilst temping, paying an hourly rate of £12.21 per hour + holiday pay accrual.
Due to the nature of this work you would be required to attend the office each day for work, remote working isn't an option in this role - with this in mind you will need to be able to get to the office in the Apsley area (Hemel Hempstead) daily.
Also, please be aware that due to the industry of this company you would be required to undergo a credit check and a DBS check, this will be undertaken and paid for by an outsourced service provider if successfully offered the role and you would only need to fill in some forms and provide proof of ID and address for this.
