We are looking for a Sales Administrator or Customer Service Advisor to join a fantastic company based in High Wycombe. With a welcoming culture and employees that take real pride in their work, this business puts people at the centre of its success.

As a Sales Administrator you will be responsible for a customers journey from order to fulfilment and provide product related aftercare.

This position is an ongoing temporary opportunity with the possibility of moving into a permanent role thereafter.

Monday – Friday

£14.30 - £16.50ph depending on experience (£28,000 - £32,000pa)

Weekly pay 

We are looking for candidates who are immediately available to interview and available for work at short notice. 

Duties to include:

• Liaise with customers daily via phone and email
• Onboard new customers smoothly, ensuring their accounts are set up correctly from day one
• Set up new customer accounts by accurately obtaining required information
• Raise purchase orders
• Schedule courier deliveries and verify proof of deliveries (PODs)
• Investigate and resolve order errors or complaints
• Be a proactive, friendly and reliable point of contact for all customers

Candidate Requirements:

• Previous experience within Customer Service or Sales Administration
• Strong communication skills
• Excellent relationship building skills
• Willingness to go the extra mile to help
• Commutable distance to High Wycombe and hold UK Rights to Work
