We are recruiting for a permanent Talent Acquisition Partner role for a long-established company based in the Watford area. Working as part of a small, close-knit HR team, this role will take full responsibility for shaping the company workforce of white collar employees!  Working closely with department and team leaders, you will learn their specific hiring requirements and develop a recruitment strategy to ensure the best talent is identified and recruited into their vacancies. We are looking for candidates with previous internal recruitment/talent acquisition experience, a background of recruiting for head office functions and the ability to drive the company’s recruitment strategy. A hands on role where you will be actively resourcing, screening and coordinating recruitment for multiple roles and teams.
