We're looking for an organised, personable Client Services Administrator to join a brilliant business in the Amersham area. This opportunity is a B2B client focused opportunity where you'll help new clients settle in, keep existing records accurate and make sure every client feels looked after, from their first enquiry to their next event booking.

This role would suit someone who enjoys building relationships, is comfortable with administration and takes pride in getting the details right.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing business who is in an integral part of their journey, having created a brand-new team they now need additional support. This position is currently a temporary opportunity until the end of 2026, but it is likely to be extended past this.

Mon - Fri 08:30 - 17:00, Hybrid working (1-2 days per week in the office)

Due to office location you must either live locally or be a driver.

Duties to include:

• Act as the first point of contact for B2B clients by phone and email, handling enquiries professionally and promptly
• Onboarding new clients: setting up accounts, gathering the information needed for new clients to start successfully
• Keeping client records up to date and accurate on the CRM and other internal systems
• Sending marketing information, updates and communications to the client base
• Booking clients onto events and managing attendance details
• Signposting clients to the right departments or colleague when needed
• Nurturing client accounts by building strong relationships, spotting opportunities to support clients further, and keeping them engaged

Candidate Requirements:

• Experience in an administrative, customer service or account support role (B2B experience is a bonus but not essential)
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, with a friendly, professional manner
• Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to data and records
• Good organisational skills and the ability to prioritise a varied workload
• A proactive, positive attitude and a genuine interest in helping clients
