My client has an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to join a great team within the business. This person will need to have previous experience within the automotive industry, have strong communication skills with the ability to build good working relationships, as well as good administration skills. 

Salary - £27,000 - £29,000 depending on experience, plus fantastic benefits 

Some of the duties will include:

• Communicating with daily rental drivers, placing rental bookings and managing the rental length
• Contacting drivers to confirm agreements, and discuss queries with vehicle returns 
• Build and maintain relationships with internal and external customer and suppliers 
• Investigate issues and resolve supplier rental, repair, fines and invoicing queries 
• Ensuring all rental vehicles are managed to contractual requirements 
• Support with vehicle operations driver related calls 
• Work well as part of a team 
• Working with suppliers to assist with vehicle related issues when required 
• Responsible for rental sales invoices and supplier invoices, collection and audit of payments
