We are recruiting for a part-time Business Development Manager to drive our sales strategy and win new business for our team to service!
Think Specialist Recruitment was launched in 2011 and has enjoyed 13+ years of growth and success, focusing on providing permanent and temporary recruitment services to clients mainly across the Herts, Beds, Bucks and Greater London areas. Our three core areas of focus include: Business Support, Accountancy & Finance and Human Resources. This year we became an Employee Ownership Trust which has continued our exciting evolution!
We are searching for a part-time Business Development Manager to help drive new business into our experienced and dedicated team, whilst also building upon our long-term relationships across the local market. Ideally working 20-25 hours per week, we are fully flexible on how the hours are structured with the ability to offer 2.5 days per week, school hours or a working pattern split across 3-4 days. Hybrid/remote working will also be on offer but we would encourage a day per week/fortnight in the office with the team ideally.
