I’m now working with an amazing organisation that were founded to provide better access to mental health services for children and adults, going through a high level of growth and in a position now where their HR team are recruiting for a Compliance Administrator to join the team.

This company operate fully remotely and are passionate about providing equal access for all to professionals that can provide support, meaning that in line with this all of their positions are also 100% remote.

The company have grown immensely over the past few years, from under 100 employees a few years ago to well over 500+ employees now!

In line with that level of growth, all employees in this organisation need to go through a series of checks for compliance within the industry which is what this person would be focussed on.

The day-to-day of this role therefore will involve contacting remote based staff as well as their medical professionals and liasing with them about background checks and sticking close to them until all of their documents are on the system and they are fully compliant.

Administration experience, organisational skills and fantastic people skills are what’s needed for a position as you’ll be working on their internal system and speaking with their large internal teams of all levels.

Full training and briefing will be given and the equipment to do this role would be delivered to you before starting and this would be remote based working, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5.30pm with an hour’s lunch break.

This position would be on a temp to perm basis initially, the weekly pay rate to begin would be around the £11.50 to £12 per hour mark and it’d be weekly payments every Friday whilst temping – This is a temp role for at least the next 2-3 months but the possibility of this becoming a longer-term permanent role is being internally discussed too.
