Think Specialist Recruitment are pleased to be working with a well established organisation based within the Watford area. This company have an exciting opportunity for a candidate to join one of their growing teams. This position would suit someone who has previous sales experience, that enjoys dealing with people, and has strong communication skills. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to earn great commission, by handling inbound queries from clients.

Salary - £25,000 plus commission
Monday - Friday
Office based role

Some of the duties will include:

• Responding to and converting leads
• Offering the best solutions based on client needs
• Handling objections where necessary 
• Closing sales 
• Following up all incoming leads
• Keeping company knowledge up to date with any changes
• Escalate any issues internally as required 
• Upselling packages where appropriate 

The suitable candidate:

• Previous experience within a sales focused role
• A strong team player
• Ability to build strong internal and external relationships 
• Ability to hit or exceed set targets
• Strong communication skills on all levels 
• Able to act on own initiative 
• Pro-active approach to work
• Happy to be office based
