 The manager is looking for a Financial Controller who is hands on and able to support the team with development and streamlining process.

The role is focused on ensuring the delivery of monthly accounts, cash control and costing systems for the UK in line with the division and the group.

You will be responsible for managing the forecasting, budgets and strategic plans. You will work alongside a Finance Business Partner and manage the finance team.

Overview:

• Provide leadership to the direct reports providing clear goals and objectives.
• Work in line with the Group Business Plan
• Work with other business managers around operational delivery
• Work to continuously improve the finance function
• Foreign exchange management
• Governance
• Audit
• Statutory Accounts
• Tax and VAT Reporting
• Cashflow Reporting
• Balance Sheet Reconciliations
• Risk Management

Experience required:

• ACCA, CIMA or ACA Qualified
• Understanding of International Accounting Standards
• Audit
• Strong leadership experience
• Project Management
• Experience in Budgets, Forecasts and Variance Analysis
• Extensive Cashflow experience
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage varying workload
• Power BI
